At KMA Fitness Center, we know that pictures can speak a thousand words, so we’ll let our gallery speak for us.

Monday: 10 AM to 12 Noon and 5PM to 8 PM

Tuesday: 11 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM

Wednesday: 10 AM to 12 Noon and 5 PM to 8 PM

Thursday: 12 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM

Friday: 5 PM - 7 PM

Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM

Sunday: 1 PM to 5 PM

We are open for regularly scheduled classes during the hours below, but you'll find the dojo is often open throughout the day.
